Pricing
We constantly have attractive offers for you in our shop. The price we calculate is the price listed on our website at the time you place your order.
Availability and price
You will find information on the availability of individual articles in our shop on the detail page for the article concerned. Unfortunately we cannot provide you with more information about availability than the details displayed. When we process your order we will inform you by email if it becomes apparent that any articles you ordered cannot be supplied.
We can confirm the price only when you have placed your order. You will, however, not be invoiced until the date of shipping. Prices include statutory VAT.
Please note: For larger delivery volumes we cannot guarantee the availability stated in our shop. However our customer service department will be happy to inform you about current stock levels. Please write to
Delivery time
Many articles are kept in stock for you, and we update stock levels on our website at regular intervals. In individual cases it may happen that you order articles that are no longer in stock but are still listed as available because stock levels have not yet been updated. In this case, the total delivery time will be prolonged or you will be informed by email that the article is not available. A delivery time of approximately three weeks can be expected in the case of major special exhibitions.
Delivery service
Shipping of articles is via Deutsche Post AG (German Postal Service), our exclusive partner for delivery of your order. Goods will be delivered within a maximum of 14 days.
Postage and packaging
A charge for postage and packaging is added to the cost of the order. Orders with a value of less than EUR 5.- cannot be processed.
A processing fee of EUR 5.- will be charged for orders up to EUR 11.-. The ordered articles are sent to a delivery address.
Payment
Terms of payment are 14 days.
In the case of overdue payments, a payment reminder will be sent after 14 days, followed by a 2nd and 3rd reminder every 10 days (along with a EUR 5.- charge for incurred costs plus interest on the overdue payment). Should the outstanding amount not be received after the expiry of the due date for the 3rd warning, we will promptly commission a debt collection agency to recover the amount (responsibility for any objections will then pass from us to the competent court for such matters. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart).
Conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement materialises upon shipment of the order (Section 433 of the BGB (German Civil Code)).
Pursuant to the new “Distance Selling Regulations” (30.06.2000), customers have a right to cancel the order / return the goods within 14 days, commencing on the day that the goods are received. The customer is entitled to return the goods without needing to state reasons. The postage costs for articles costing up to EUR 40.90 will be borne by the customer. Above a value of EUR 40.90, we will bear the postage costs for returning the goods.
In the case of justified complaints (e.g. defects, damage or similar) you can of course return the goods to us at any time and at our expense, regardless of the value of the goods. If you have already paid for the goods, we will transfer your payment back to you. Returned used goods will not be accepted.
