Right of cancellation/revocation
The customer does not have a right of cancellation or return with regard to purchasing admission tickets with a specified validity data, since pursuant to § 312b (3) 6 BGB German Civil Code, the regulations concerning distance selling contracts do not apply to the rendering of services in the sphere of terminated leisure events. With that said, any order of such tickets is immediately binding after confirmation by Linden-Museum Stuttgart, and obligates the purchaser to acceptance and payment of the order. The following applies to all other merchandise: you can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax & e-mail) without stating reasons. The period begins after receipt of this policy in text form. The timely dispatch of the revocation suffices to ensure the revocation. Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned, and any benefits that may have accrued shall be released. If you cannot return or release the service and benefits received (e.g. advantage of usage), you must provide compensation in this respect. Items capable of being shipped as a parcel are to be returned at our expense and risk. Obligations with regard to the reimbursement of payments must be met within 30 days. The period starts for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation, for us with its receipt.
