Data protection regulations obligate us to handle user data with regard to our range of offers in an orderly and appropriate manner. Collection of data:

We will only use your personal data indicated within the framework of the order form for processing the purchase of our merchandise.

Collection, storage and use of data:

The ordered merchandise will be sent directly (online tickets) to you or will be sent within 14 days (other merchandise) after payment per invoice or credit card. Your credit card data will be directly and exclusively transmitted to your credit card company for debiting. We do not have access to your data in the meantime. In the event of credit card abuse, your e-mail address will be stored at your expense for another three months in our establishment and deleted afterwards. In the event of suspected fraud, your credit card data as well as your e‑mail address will be exclusively compiled for criminal prosecution.
